Weird Siege Balista build, need tree suggestions

So i'm making a Siege Balista build with Lioneyes Glare, Skirmish with +1 arrow and probably a rain of splinters gem. I know it's probably going to be shit but humor me.

That's my baseline tree so far, was wondering if anyone had suggestions for where to go next, or if i should redo a bit of what i have.
