Party chat messages disappear when leaving party.

title + they return if you join a new party.
acts like turning off party chat which should not be the case. wanted to look over a message someone sent to me after leaving party and it was gone. viewable once i rejoined. Last bumped on Jan 7, 2017, 3:50:59 AM
