Dual wield/regen build

Hi there,
I have been thinking about making my own dual wield/regen build. What I'm after is somewhat of a zeal-paladin from diablo II. I have this passive tree and I would love to get some thoughts and comments on it.

Also since Im new to the game, what should be my primary skill, I would like one for clearing like cyclone or something like that but have a multistrike or something like that as a main attack skill.
