Good PvE/PvP build?

Hello guys, can anyone show me a build that can do good at pve and pvp without much modification in the skill tree (gear swap is ok)? I just want to have some funs in Sarn after hours of mapping, but I just destroyed by oriented pvp builds out there. I already tried EA, but the delay before explosion just doesnt fit my playstyle. Tyvm

There is no such thing as "pvp build" (maybe some stuff like HoT and Bear Trap can fit that category but they are very few exception).

For most of my build, going pvp mostly mean switching one of my support for BCR and a couple of item swap depending the opponent.

Glacial cascade + AOE its pretty boring like glacial cascade + traps ( teofan ) , try Scorching ray ( it will work for pvp until the next patch ) its good againts many builds in arena ,and funny in pve look how i kill uber izaro in 30 seconds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-LFpf9Ka0U

30s is a bit slow :D and I would like to stick with the build, so no Scorching ray ^^
