Item label even 1 screen away from item

I'm continuously experiencing item labels being up to 1 screen away from the item locations.
This happens when a lot of item drops - like in breach.

I'm using a special setup for item picking:
1) Initially filtered items are shown only and are their pick are blocked (so that I can't accidentally pick them)
2) When I press alt - this both allows item picking and ALSO shows all other items which was previously filtered. This juggles item labels already shown and moves them far away from their respective item locations.

I suppose for this kind of bug, there is no need of specific situation, it can be really easy reproducible.

Ideally items shown by filter SHOULD NOT be moved when other filtered items are being shown.

Known issue due to many drops at the same time... Press Z to hide all and z again. This should resynch the items on the ground.
