explosive arrow, quill rain + rearguard(or hyrri quiver).

6l: GMP + increased aoe + fire pen + explosive arrow + empower lvl 4 + less duration. if you have 12% EA aoe enchantment on your helmet you may use ele focus.

quill rain +1 arrow,
quiver +1 arrow,

are the first upgrades for high end EA.

Don't bother using less duration for hall farming specifically.
The run was done using an RT templar as it was made pre-ascendancies. You might have some luck using a flaskfinder crit EA setup post-ascendancies but you'd have to fine tune it a LOT. To get sub 5 min (I couldn't record faster due to control issues on my PC) I did run 500+ runs trying different setups, with small tweaks both to the gear and tree and learning what to be careful of etc. etc.. If you have the knowledge/experience/time to polish your char to perfectness, try to make a flaskfinder. Else I'd probably go with either berserker or jugger RT EA.

My setup was from what I can remember
emp4+inc aoe+faster att+gmp+ea+fire pen.

How to run it fast:

Get Dying Sun get Hyrri+1 arrow, get a 6L quill, get a kaom heart for buffer, get some hp gear, get a pair of blood dance(+1 frenzy) for the frenzy and regen, get a devoto's so that you can go fast and shoot fast, get some life/ias gloves w res, for belt you want an AoE fire dory probably.

Flasks,

2x life flasks (you might even want hp flask nodes, get stauch on this or curse)
I used the frenzy -> onslaught rotgut, since it was on a great base and it gave the most speed.
2x resist flasks (Pretty much whatever defense you want, you also roll immunities on this bleed+freeze)

For tree get templar AoE, intuitive leap into scion 10% aoe, get the fire damage + aoe wheel, get around 5-8% regen from tree and around 7-8k pool.

Thats nice but I dont think I can use it in HC, you have 10k life but almost died a few times :(

Wow thanks, i'm gonna try this. Are there any other big aoe overlap builds that could also work?

EA probably best for hc

Fireball not a bad choice either since they buffed the shit out of it and the AoE is OP
