Privacy settings / Character tab

When attempting to update privacy settings, whether it enable or disable the character page for instance, after clicking update the changes are reverted after actually clicking save.

Example:
Character tab is not visible and I want to make it visible, I uncheck it to make it visible.
Click save settings in order to save, obviously.
After it refreshes, the character tab option is rechecked and other people cannot view it still.
