Russian Text in English Server with English Settings

Seeing what I assume is Russian text on my home screen on the lower right hand side. I'm playing on US servers and with English set as my language. I also have weird text bugs occasionally while playing. I've attempted a reinstall of the game but it didn't fix it. See image.

I have it on mine as well, I assume its just there to help the players that are going through the Garena merger. It'll most likely be gone once everything is completed.
