Ministry of Cancerous Builds

I guess everyone noticed how fun and balanced PvP become after 2.0. But the fun has no limits!

So here are some insights:

2.2.2 Fixed a bug where Xirgil's Crank caused Wicked Ward to never trigger.

"

2.4.0 Cast when Stunned now also triggers when blocking a hit that would stun.

Requirements:
Xirgil's Crank,
The Brass Dome,
5x Reckless Defence with 10% crit roll,
Rumi's Concoction,
belt with 30% chance for Flasks to gain a Charge when you take a Critical Strike

Optional:
The_Anvil, Blightwell, Crown of the Pale King, additional Reckless Defence

block chance: 18 + 15 + 10 + (5 * 4) + (30 * 1.3) - 30 = 72% via 7 nodes from the tree

Maybe I'm missing something, but what's the point of the build? Where's the synergy? Is this sarcasm?

An occultist life build that has close to max block with Rumi's due to high recharge rate from crits.

20% chance to start es regen on block, with low es due to no es on chest and no shield.

A cast when stunned build for pvp? How will you attack players without getting hit first? Where's your damage?

Why not just go pathfinder for the flask uptime?

Kinda disappointing, cancer/cancerous and my name was in the same sentence.

It able to use lvl 26 spells with cws, and it potentially has 2x 6l for cws setup.

I don't think I need to explain advantages of Wicked Ward and Blightwell or Crown of the Pale King and The Anvil.

And please don't ask me what the point of immortal tanks :P

7 to 8k total max hp with penetrable block and low leeched reflected damage is hardly "immortal". But hey go ahead, make the build and show us wrong.

It's one thing to theorize an "OP build", and another to actually put it in to practice.

You guys probably don't understand, I'm not trying to show off or make you scared of incoming build. I'm not even planning to make it work.
CWS change just made arena even more unpleasant place for an avg. player. Surely you all can offscreen that sort of build (do everyone know cwdt and cws have max trigger range?)
But even not min-maxed CI/hybrid/life blocker with non-counterable recharge or life regain (or both) is sort of unkillable living bomb for any silly melee.

It could be made with aegis pathfinder, any class will work.

The gun is Damage over Time
