Whirling blade 18% buff

Well, i don't understand why is better buff a skill like that, makes pvp pretty boring.. what do u think guys?

Attack time is like a period, or duration: if it takes more time to complete the duration, then you have a lower frequency (otherwise known as attack speed). If it takes 2.2 seconds to do it, then in 1 second you can perform 1/2.2 = 0.4545 attacks per second as a base and now it takes 2.6 seconds, you can do 1/2.6 = 0.3846 attacks per second as a base.

its like "your salary has been increased by 0.9 times"
