  By IGN: ascendant_broken_heart Before I start, I must say this league is not balanced for what I have done. The mechanics

You use insane attacks/sec with barrage, add 2 volley fire jewels, add the use of quill rain, add the king of the hill passive, add maim to each attack that crits, and do this with 70% or more crit.
This will give you a knockback of the devil and almost max spells/sec. Now that you have all of this, why not have free power charges form the assassin and free life leech from the berserker :D Videos:

Gear: Storm Cloud bow - Static Electricity jewels - Wave Of Destruction boots Gems: Barrage - Faster Attacks - Added Lightning - Weapon Elemental Damage - Slower Projectiles - Increased Critical Strikes The rest is up to you to balance your resistances.  DPS: 9064 + 4659 + 5558 = 19281/hit single target DPS - 19281 X 15/casts = 289215 X 1.5 (shock) = 433822 X 1.2(assassin's mark) = 520587 packs DPS - 19281 X 20/casts = 385620 X 1.5(shock) = 578430 X 1.2(assassin's mark) = 694116 with 3 frenzy charges it's X 1.12, with flask it's X 1.18 Note that with diamond flask I cast 20 spells on a single target This is a few hundreds of thousands with shock, before the flask of atziri. Hi. Good build but very wrong description :)
6l - Quill, Khaom, Maligaro at start of league...heck even in Standart are by every extent no "cheap" :) Otherways good build for those qho didnt like Explosive arrow with same gears ( beside maligaro maybe) Cheers! | |
" The gear cost is: Helmet - 10c Gloves - 10c Boots - 8c Belt - 6c Quiver - 1c Tabula rasa - 20c Quill rain - 1c Amulet - 13c Rings - 16c for bouth Master crafts - 10c Gems - 9c i got 3 lvl 19 gems for 3c each Jewels - 10c for all 5 Total is 114c for my setup till level 80, The kaoms and the 6l are a life boost only, Still works, and still very cheap, about 2ex worth for this insane clear speed, About the explosive arrow, it's nice, but i prefered something deferent The real king of the hill - ASSZERKER CoC - high life, insane damage and clear speed
