Hard counters to knockback spark?

There's a dude in TSC playing knockback spark with cwdt AB and Frost wall. He thinks he's the grandmaster of PvP, but I think he's just annoying. How can I hard counter him with my lowlife bladefall build? I have 75 spell block, so should I get a tempest shield with empower, controlled destr and light pen? Should I get cannot be knocked back boots? Is tempest shield range-limited?

BTW I don't care about beating him in real 1v1 matches, I just want to control the hill in Sarn Arena.

use a lightning talisman

Knockback immunity corruption on boots (not easy to get) + Enemies cannot leech life mod on helmet (also not easy to get) + boosted tempest shield (lightning penetration + block reduction are musts). Since it's talisman you can also use an talisman converting the lightning/cold damage to something else, but I assume you'd lose lazwhar then, so it's hardly an ideal solution.

I suspect tempest shield is range limited (spark can hit multiple screens away, I'd be surprised if tempest shield can too) and line of sight limited (spark hits stuff behind obstacles), but I never tested it properly, so I am not sure. When you're bored enough, test it for us ;)

If he sit on the hill it should'nt be to hard to beat him from outside as sparks are ground projectiles. Just offscreen him and switch up and down position if he move.

Also yeah grabbing a conversion talisman (preferably lightning to fire so you can absorb even more with Artic Armor) should help a lot.

Tempest Shield is range limited since the revision in 2.0, so you need to be close to your opponent for him to take damages.

Since you are lowlife you could get a Lori's Lantern. Also Belt of the deceiver if he is crit, enfeeble and other things mentioned above.

Anvil + max spell block would be amusing. If he's self-cast, he'd basically kill himself trying to hit you (since spark is super high hit, low dmg).

Good luck pulling that without dying first, Using the Anvil instead of Lawzhar it's pretty much impossible to get max spell block without rumi (legacy saffael is out of the question in League) and that last for just a few sec.

Really the best ways are Conversion Talismans, deceiver and loris if low life (but you should already using it as it's the best defense in the game anyway).

My bad, totally forgot about that shield.

But the anvil damages are pretty insignificant anyway (done it and been done against me) to be a specific solution.
