Gonna be rippy as hell <3
Does anyone know if this is relevent to these races? taken from the arctic race details. I am trying to decide on what class to pick :P

The objective with this one is to still keep it immensely difficult, but to have that difficulty ramp up over time in lieu of having most classes unable to pass the Twilight Strand without finding a ranged weapon.

The bit about "most classes unable to pass the Twilight Strand without finding a ranged weapon." is a refence to BLAMT events yes. It's a bit of overdramatizing as only real hurdle is hillock himself. You can deal with anything short of maybe shockwave/skele totems with a sword after a bit of practice, but timewise it's better to remake char.
Thanks for the info, was just unsure if they also changed the blamt starting difficulty. I will look out for a ranged weapon to take down hillock then :)
It's always funny at the start of this race with the rip announcements scrolling by so fast you can barely see them. It starts within seconds.
