Fireball is now back in business !

This gem pretty much means the comeback of fireball, i'am extremely happy to see this jewel give a buff to fireball as it was one of the best spells to use in pvp back then and makes very fun plays.

It makes it possible to overlap the explosions and reach shotgun effect again, frostwall could be abused tho and adds another reason to why frost wall needs to become breakable.

I cannot wait to test out the build i made for it !

Lapiz and I already tested the interaction with FW. It's not like LA so it only goes off once per lifetime regardless off piercing. Either way fireball still had potential(miss good old days on ethrunarn) but it's the same problem now as it was back then, the slow projectile speed but this jewel might make it useable.

Yup, i miss using fireball in pvp so much actually it was one of the best skills to lw and shoot with, required nice aiming as well. It interacts with walls the same way overlap arctic breath currently works, it will be possible for it to 1 shot opponents if it lands a shotgun crit. They do however need to do something about the fact that AB get the effect for free while fireball has high requirement since you need nodes and shit.

Imo fireball is a classic pvp skill and it needs to become good again.

When I get my internet I will probably start theorycraft some f my older builds again. Feels great that have so many unspecced chars

Funny it took you so much to realize that, the rolling fire FB build has been out for almost a month now. It's just pretty sad that you had to invest 8 crappy skillpts to get the same Aoe as AB.

I knew about it some time ago, i just didnt really take the time to post a thread about it.

Just wanted to let people know that its possible to have an aoe build with it like AB for pvp

However what's bad is indeed the fact that it takes a lot more requirement than arctic breath, which is not a good thing imo. They should make it so both require the same things in order to achieve this AOE overlap effect.
