Very good support but the double dip effect with poison is obviously broken, it shouldn't boost the secondary DoT effect.

Same as always; Converted Damage takes modifiers of the source-type into account. You'll get both the tiny 25% Reduced Damage, and the big ol' lots% More Damage bonus.

I feel like it was an oversight to not have an alt quality void manipulation that converts 20% of physical damage to chaos, especially since that is an alt quality for added chaos damage support/
