Team Pvp glitches (spectating and related)

While team dueling I've several times encountered a bug during spectate in which my camera perspective will flicker between several team members simultaneously creating a chaotic screen spasm. This was never too big of an issue, however, because changing the camera (arrow) generally resolved the problem. Today while dueling my camera would again try to take several different team mates perspective creating the same screen spasm but this was while I was dueling. When my team mates would die there wouldn't be this problem, but while they were alive I was forced to endure those epileptic shakes.. not cool.
