[Help] Looking for help for my hideout!

Hello! So i met this guy on 1msc and i really liked the hideout. I'd like to know what he used to give the torches those aspect or how did he place them and what he used "under " them. http://s1.postimg.org/3v8ogmptr/i45_cimgpsh_orig.png

All credit to Green_Lag as you can see in the print. I'm not going to copy the entire hideout, just wanted to know how he made the torches like that. Thanks a lot

Looks like Elreon "Stand Lamb" only 520 favour each.
