Yeah, giving points from first brutus kill is okay.
So is Dominus.
But why the F don't you add in some bosses in act 4..
LIKE MALACHAI, that people kill in under 3 hours solo?

.... AAAND then you expect people to get to merc in 3 hours with the new act 4.

Way to go to copy-paste the same shit from previous seasons. I can understand you forgetting to update it for the Emberwake, but for this? Really guys?
I love these 1 hour+ Party events!! This one (3 hour) sounds awesome. Can't wait ☺

Merciless difficulty The Fetid Pool: 2 Reward Points.

Love racing but not that good, so I never really read first clear rewards. Can some player really do this? That's hella awesome please give them 10 points for it.

I wonder if they put it in there for shits and giggles. To do that you'd have to super rush through everything and your sole goal would have to be clearing Fetid Pool and would actually lose the race because just trying to get there. With how much easier the game is now though I think it'd be possible, because Cruel Malachai doesn't take that long and isn't that challenging anymore.

edit "easier than when Mal was first released/ beta"

checking in 3 years later, point rewards for 3 hour races are still low. Nice balance

While it's still a rewards vs. time spent thing, the points levels for longer races don't necessarily correlate to the length of time played. You either think the race is worth playing for that length of time, or you don't. Some players won't even touch a race this long, which changes the field of competitors. Others prefer the long-game, and enjoy seeing how much farther they can go in three hours, engaging content they normally don't see in races.

For my part, I won't be able to play the entire race, but I'll still pick up a coupla points, and have fun doing it. =^[.]^=
