LLD Cyclone in Awakening

Ok so I did some math.

My sword cycloner that already kills almost any character in less than a second will deal almost exactly triple damage with the new tree, gems and item base changes.

He can get 40% crit, more crit multiplier, concentrated effect and melee physical damage. To achieve this triple damage, I will have to sacrifice 3 range from cyclone which isn't too bad from the original 12,1. Mana cost won't even become a problem with -8 elreon pieces. Conc can be left out also which would result to only gaining double damage.

Reckoning is yet another main skill gem that benefits massively from conc and melee phys gems.

This cant be good for the game. There will be nothing but cycloners in LLD when the patch hits. Sad thing is I cant come up with any good solutions that wouldn't ruin things for HLD.

Any ideas how to fix this? Increasing mana cost is certainly one way to bring it back to its old level.
Cyclone lvl 31 along with pen gems would make for a better game. Ice shot bowers can probably keep cycloners in decent check on awakening which needs massive nerf too
it was bound to happen guys, expect to have a really unbalanced PvP metagame for the awakening because the devs will not take pvp into consideration when changing things around and it will affect pvp dramatically, it's understandable because they want to give pve the bigger focus. Let's just hope they will try to rebalance pvp afterwards.

I really think this approach to nerf is the best but I rarely seen ggg taking it. They usually heavy nerf the gem potential instead of just changing the level.

To keep cyclone for lld then they should lower the gem dps at start and raise it at level 20.

the mana reduction to cyclone is probably the biggest imbalance that we'll see on awakening. just wayy too much room for nonstop .2 second kill cyclone. Maybe adjusting mechanic of cyclone would help? The movespeed/attk speed/range nonsense is ridiculous

They wont change something that'd also affect pve though. And hopefully GGG isn't as stupid as they've been before and nerf something for LLD(which is needed) and is lazy to they do the same to HLD(which isnt) even though they said they can buff/nerf LLD/HLD individually
