X Marks the Stash [hotw submission]

After finally hitting vorici 8 in standard, I decided to celebrate by immediately makign a new hideout. quite a few hours later, this is the result. I started with the slum buildings from vorici and worked my way downwards, eventually theming my hideout around a sort of pirate stronghold on an island with a destroyed lighthouse. Hideout is named after the X I placed next to my stash that is waiting to be buried in a classic pirate fashion.

Very cool! it's simple yet detailled ! the position of the house is perfect, with a little garden...hmm anyway cool estate.
a suggestion : some tree in the rocks to cover them to give eye candy ! i dislike what you have done with the broken boat, it's clumsy... half covered, it's half assed. I think you should cover it completely with something or use it's structure for something. Actually you have rocks/cataballs inside but the whole boat is viewable, just strange even if it's broken it doesnt feel right. I will never be good but always I try to improve.
