Is this a good bow for LLD28 ?

I found this bow that seems screaming LLD, but i'm not sure if its good enough since i don't have any experience in pvp.

Tbh i'm uncertain if I should keep it or sell it, but i don't have a clue even for a good price.

the rolls seemes fairly high for its level and also, if anyone can help me decipher the mods, i would be grateful :)

added flat phys is Gleaming, and if I understood correctly how it works, it's the highest bracket possible for lvl 28.

now, the %phys + accuracy is trickier

my problem is i'm uncertain on the rule, which should be max +2 brackets from the level-bracket right?

if it is so and my calculations aren't wrong, it means that with those values it can only be a combination of %phys / %phys + accuracy / accuracy , because i can't match those values with a combination of 2 of them (but again i might be wrong on the brackets rule!)

in the end it should be a 3 prefix / 1 suffix bow with open slot for attack speed.

I will aprreciate any insight from pvp gurus! ^_^

Max IPD for it is 143% (im fairly certain there are no other possibilities?). 143% is a respectable amount of ipd and it makes it a viable LLD bow. Accuracy as a suffix isnt the worst roll either (only crit would be better).

there's nothing "level 28" about that bow.
it's better than some of the bows I ran Merciless with.

this mess between item/mod tiers, is what creates this thing you call "mix-max", and I call "pseudo-low-level Exalt anarchy".
someone facing ObscureBalrog in LLD, needs to have a bow like this, a means of defense that's not less insane, or he'll get rekt in half a second, no matter how good he or his build is.
