Will Flicker spam be addressed or is this acceptable to GGG?

The last 13 people I fought in LLD 1v1 just spammed Flicker. I want to know if this is still worth investing time in, because it's starting to seem like you guys really did a sloppy job on balance. It's really disheartening after waiting so long for PvP to see that you didn't have the foresight to address the most basic shit.

How are you approaching the match up? What build are you? Do you use animated guardian?

then they get confused

Flicker just got a -30%dmg reduction in pvp.
