Based on NeverSink Strict. Highlight most [Chaos Orb] vendor recipe items. Hide all rares between [Item Level 60] and [Item Level 75] excluding jewellery, unless they're [Tier 1] or better. Hide all rares between [Item Level 60] and [Item Level 82] excluding jewellery, unless they're [Tier 2] or better. Hide all [Tier 3] and worse items.
