Golem + Spectre build dying in T16 – what should I fix first?

Hi, I’m dying a lot in Tier 16 maps and I’m not sure what I should improve first.

I’m running a minion build:

7 total golems (Stone Golem, Chaos Golem, and 5x Golem of the Horde)
3 Spectres (Carnage Chieftain)

My main issues:

I die too often in T16 maps
Not sure if I should improve defense or damage first

What should I change in my build to survive better?
