Server update broke Oil Barrage

The server update in preparation for the 0.5 broke Oil Barrage.
Oil Barrage now has a 50% to just not work even when the enemy is right in front of you and you are targeting it, all damage just stops and yes this happens during boss fights as well.

To fix the problem I have to stop shooting and use rend to reset then I can shoot again. With this issue if you're going the empowered route you use up 1-3 power orbs.
