Item Cannot Be Equipped (PS5POE2)

Dear Support,
I encountered a bug with an item purchased via the "instant transaction" marketplace. The item cannot be equipped even though it meets the required stats.

Device: PS5, POE2
Character: Isa_Totem
League: Standard Season

Based on online research, I have already tried the following steps:
Waited for 12 hours in case of sync issues (common on console).
Removed all gems and items.
Swapped with another item that was working previously.
Changed between set 1 and set 2, keeping only one item equipped, but the same issue persists.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this?
