Cannot start Path of Exile 2 on PlayStation Portal Cloud Streaming (Patch restart loop)

Hello,

I am playing Path of Exile 2 using PlayStation Portal with cloud streaming (PlayStation Plus Premium).

Since the recent update, I cannot start the game.

The game reaches the title screen, but then shows a message:
"Please restart to update the patch."

Restarting does not fix the issue.

This issue has continued for 3 days.

Other cloud games work normally.
Path of Exile 2 is the only game affected.

Translation: I contacted Sonny, and they said it could take about a month to get a response.
I think the reason it disappeared from the library is because of this issue, and Sonny removed it from the streaming service after confirming
