Cloud Gaming Unavailable - Requires Patch Update - PlayStation Plus Cloud Streaming

This is to alert administrators that the Path of Exile 2 game on streaming requires the patch update. It is currently the “i” version and needs to be updated to the “j” version. As of now, the game can launch, but cannot be signed into as a result. Please update so it may be accessed via cloud streaming again. Thank you!

This has nothing to do with a bug but an outdated patch and wouldn't this fall under Sony?

I called sony and was told it is not something they can do

Same issue here on PlayStation Portal cloud streaming.
Since the latest patch, I cannot enter the game and get the restart message at the title screen.

I would like to report a serious issue with Path of Exile 2 on PlayStation Portal.

Issue:
Since the small patch on April 20, I have not been able to play Path of Exile 2 on PlayStation Portal.

At first, the game showed a restart/update message on the title screen. After that, it changed to "This game is currently unavailable," and now I cannot launch the game at all.

This issue has continued for more than 8 days.

I contacted Sony (PlayStation Support) about this problem, but they informed me that the investigation may take more than one month before they can provide an answer.

Additionally, I tested Warframe after seeing similar reports, and it also shows a connection/update error on PlayStation Portal.

Other games on PlayStation Portal are working normally, so this issue seems to affect specific online games after recent patches or hotfixes.

If anyone else is experiencing the same issue on PlayStation Portal, please reply here.

As of last night, I am showing the current update and able to login to the game. Region: USA - Texas

Currently in Japan, Path of Exile 2 has been completely unplayable since the April 20 update.

The game was previously available via cloud streaming on PlayStation Portal, but the cloud streaming support has now been removed, making it impossible to access the game.

This means that users who rely on PlayStation Portal can no longer play the game at all.

If anyone else in Japan is experiencing the same issue, please share your experience.
