The Arkhon's Tools belt, Profane Proxy ring, and permanent self curse.

If you use the profane proxy to apply a curse via skitterbots, it correctly gets applied to you when wearing the arkhon's tools.

If you remove the belt, the other elemental ailments go away as expected but the curse remains on the character permanently until you zone or remove/replace the curse in the profane proxy.
