Summon Carrion Golem of Hordes may not always be connecting its default attack with enemies. I don't believe this is due to accuracy, as they have accuracy from my wand, Precision aura, and some increased on the node tree. I have witnessed them missing frequently with their default attack, especially when they are at a different height than their target, such as on stairs, then hitting fine with their aoe attack. Repositioning them to the same level as the target immediately saw a change in DPS.

If this is in fact a bug, I believe it may be due to the use the unique amulet "The Primordial Chain" which reduces golem size by 25%.
