Incarnation of Dread will not go off immunity phase even when red and blue roses are brought to it.

this boss fight is bugged. Incarnation of Dread will not go off immunity phase even when red and blue roses are brought to it. I have this issue when the boss is at 25% health and went into immunity phase. I died during this phase and when came back to repeat picking the roses and bring to it again. it will not go off immunity phase.
