Ritual does not open – Bug report #494611410

Issue:
A Ritual Altar spawned in my Vault Map but did not activate. I was unable to interact with it, and no monsters or rewards appeared. The altar was visible but unresponsive even after clearing all nearby enemies.

Map: Vault Map (발도)

Details:
- The map was invested with high-value content (scarabs, atlas passives, etc.).
- Ritual was present on the map but did not function.
- No “Begin Ritual” prompt showed, even when standing on the altar.
- This resulted in the loss of potential high-tier ritual rewards.

This was a very valuable map run, and I’m quite disappointed that the Ritual mechanic failed to work. If possible, I would appreciate any compensation or resolution for the lost rewards.
