Perfect naval officer spectre corpse not generated.

Bought / dropped 2x of them, 40c each. Used one in hideout, No corpse, Used one in a map, No corpse. Absolutely no idea what caused this but it was incredibly tilting honestly to be out 80 chaos for a spectre I didn't even get.... || Didn't have carrion golem of scavenging out, Made sure they were de-summoned. so, I'm really not sure what happened.

I've had the same happen with Perfect forest Warrior and Perfect Guardian Turtle. I made sure I had no offering skills or Carrion Golem of Scaventing. Right clicked the corpse items in inventory, see them appearing on the ground in hideout and guild hideout, but then disappear before I can use Raise Spectre skill.
