Worker filter

Hey devs, I dunno what the community thinks, but from an ease of access aspect, i think a filter by job is necessary for the individual roles in kingsmarch to identify what levels you currently have. also, on a tangent here, but why does it cost gold to perform transactions on the market? Im assuming the aim was to either make transactions easier, or to remove a requirement to rely on 3rd parties and subsequent drama, if it is the latter, why disincentivize it?
