Runecrafting needs urgent help

Every useful rune now requires 100s of divines to play a build since power runes keep going up and other runes are not much abundant either. Really need some buffs to power runes to help community explore more builds. I don't think ggg wanted the 0.1% to play new builds from the league mechanic.
