Controller gameplay use of normal/alt behaviour of skills

This question has been asked and unanswered many many times by console players but now (well for quite a while now) PC also has controller support so this is now a core game question.

Can you please list (perhaps via your ‘coexistence’ with poewiki.net) the normal and alt behaviour of skills.
It’s not as simple as normal is mouse moving and alt is standing still on keyboard, there is a variety of alt skill changes and the community would benefit from this data.
