Can heist become single instance again?

Wanna heist exile, even for just a bit? Welcome to rogue harbor where the your instance is filled with every mtx from afk players causing every visit to turn into a flickering mess of bugged shaders/visuals.
Just let me heist in peace without the constant slow down. king's harbor, delve, menagerie, sanctum, aspirants trial, maps, hideouts, etc are instanced expet campaign towns, why exclude rogue harbour?

Just block it in your atlas until they fix this cancer.

GGG has no reason to fix something that people are still constantly engaging with; I'm right there with you as a fellow/former Heist enjoyer.
