Listing items on tride takes up to 10 minutes

As in the title. It is incredibly slow. Using exchange market is instant but when I list something on the trade site it shows up after 10 minutes or so. It used to be one minute and never more. What happened?

its only like that if you just sit in your HO. start a new map or if you have an old map up, go in and out of a portal and your item will show up on trade instantly.
