Monsters Steal charges shouldn't steal all charges in 1 hit

They should instead steal a certain amount of charges, depending on the map difficulty.

White Maps: steals 1-3
Yellow Maps: Steals 2-4
Red Maps: Steals 4-8
This way the difficulty of the map can scale and there can be ways to work around the charge stealing for skills that rely on charges to use them (flicker strike for example.)

There are many reasons not to.

And it's still strange this is one of the only mods that don't scale with map difficulty, but can pop up at any map difficulty. Just makes more sense for it to scale, regardless.

Wtf? This more to op for chargestackers to deal with, its sh&t mechanics when mob with one hit gain all of his charges, even player cant do this
