Let us do mechanics like Runesmith on uniques.

This isn't just about the runesmith- it's general feedback. It was similar in crucible league though it was eventually allowed there rarely.

Many builds require an exact unique in a slot and sometimes that's the weapon slot.
Even those that want a rare weapon might use a unique until fairly late.
And this means this whole mechanic can't even be interacted with for a lot of players. (at least for self use)

In crucible it couldn't be interacted with until very late.

In both cases, this isn't fun. Let everyone interact with each part of the league mechanic and let us do it even in the campaign.

Should the full list of enchants be allowed at full power on every unique weapon? Probably not. But surely there could be a curated list of approved enchants.
