I would like the option to block whispers from characters bellow a certain level.

If a Character is bellow level 68, or Bellow a certain amount of challenges I would like for them to be automatically blocked.
0 Challenge chars, in a Challenge league, that are level 2, are 99% of the time scammers and flippers.  A fact is a statement that can be supported to be true or false by data or evidence.
