Twitch Back Piece Drop

I didn't received my suffering back piece cosmetic. I tried re-connecting my steam id to twitch but I still didn't see in my cosmetic tab. Please let me know thank you!

For me, the item DOES appear in the list at the link you provided, but is not available in the game. Does it take a while to appear there? Thanks. |

Hey SabreWolfy, you should be able to locate the Suffering Back Attachment in the 'Armour Attachment' category of your Microtransactions List (default key: N,) or by using the Armour Attachment slot to the left of the Armour Skin slot on the Cosmetics page (default key: K.)
