Often unable to interact with chests/strongboxes/syndicate members/etc on console

Title basically. Sometimes portalling back and forth to map can help, but most of the times it doesn't help. Quite annoying after a while, especially when I can't run fun league mechanics in a map. Any advice on this bug fix? Many thanks in advance!
