3400814073 gem level up displays wrong gem information.

The text popup for gems that describes the new stats on AG and some others that have level specific stats like can use X level gem are not displaying properly. For example AG always says can use gear requiring level 3.

The popup is the diffetence in levels, not the absolute. So the ag can use items 3 levels higher than before.

" capture the screenshot (for the level up texts) when you level up the gems again as 14 to 15 gem level, is changing from ilvl 68 to 71. Here is the previous level of it. If is supposed to be a now can use +x level it is just worded a bit oddly and is confusing. I know these happen fast but every but of polish always helps.
