Omen of connections not working in Ps5.

when i try to use the omen of connections on an item it doesn't get consumed.

i tried to use a fusing in the link with the omen in my inventory but it just used the fusing.
also, the omen item doesn't show any more option than "discard".

i talked with some friends which play on PC and i'm doing the right thing to get it used. Appears to be a bug.
