PS4, audio is all time bugged

Every map, every mechanic, audio in game start in insane loop.

Also old PS4 here, I had a few small sound hiccups but nothing you describe. Can you make a video of it and upload it?
And if you haven't reinstalled in a few leagues, you could also just start a fresh download/install before going to bed/school/work. The main game resource file gets bloated and I guess fragmented after a few major updates and since the resource handling is already absolutely struggling on the PS4, anything that makes it a bit harder can be the breaking point.
