Atlas points / achievements are gone

My Atlas points / achievements are gone.

I don't understand why as some of the maps are there but most of them no.
After the update to 3.22 on PlayStation 5 - My points are gone, no recovery points or not set points were there.

I had 113 Atlas points and Atlas tree for Cassia which is not saved.

What should I do?

Thought the same happened to me. In character selection press R3 (ON Playstation) to open migration, this will allow you to get back your progress. Not sure if you still have to run the higher tier map you can corrupted.

Will it work also for characters which are not from the League but from Standard?

This happends every new league start, you have to run a old level 16 map alched and corrupted (Or the highest tier you had prior) to get all you're map progress back...
