Load loops stuck

All my characters are loadloop locked I cannot go to the mines karui shores or some maps as it gets me characters stuck this just started after this patch that did not do anything at all for ps5 as this problem is way new to me my gamertag is EmaniTheBeast93 I need this resolved cause this is a lot of downtime
