Passive skill tree some skills do not work

I have noticed that there are some passive skills not working in poe for starters the protection not showing that you are imune to impale or corrupt blood after you claim that ability also on armour and energy shield is not giving me my 100 percent increased armour and energy shield after I made sure I have the right armor in slots I still do not get the increases can some one else confirm if they are having same issue.

The impale/corrupted blood masteries should still work even if there's no line in the character window's defense tab for them.

The "100% increased armour and energy shield from body armour if helm/gloves/boots have armour and energy shield" mastery worked fine for me when I tested it just now.
