Enemy Health Bar Filckers Uncontrollably (like it's at a rave)

- I have Enduring Cry as an Instant Skill on my left-click.
- I have Incinerate as my right-click.

- When I hold down Enduring Cry and hover over an enemy, their health bar acts normal.
- When I hold down Incinerate and hover over an enemy, their health bar acts normal.

- When holding down both skills together, starting by pressing Enduring Cry first, the enemy's health bar flickers like fricking crazy!
